The American Airlines website is wonderfully designed.
To find tickets/reservations, you enter all your trip info and preferences, then you go down to the end of the page, and click on a button to go to the next page.
Well, the "Start over" button is several times bigger then the "Go" button, and the "Go" button is already tiny. Guess which button are you more likely to click?
Some how the designer decided that they should remedy this by making the "Go" button bright red, yet in common GUI designs, red buttons are associated with negative functions, such as delete, cancel, close, or stop.
So I guess they'd rather want you to start over with the filling out the form then buy a ticket :)
